Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with clients or requesting managers to formulate a sound job description and job qualifications.
- Build applicant sources to attract candidates by placing job advertisements, utilizing candidate databases, doing campus recruitment, employing poaching strategies, seeking referrals, etc.
- Conduct paper and phone screening.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews and exams.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Prepare qualified CVs and correspondence and forward to client or requesting managers.
- Organize schedule of interviews with the client or requesting managers.
- Notify candidates about the result of the interview.
- Submit periodic Recruitment activity updates and reports.
- Conduct back-ups and updates of database, trackers, files, reports and directory list file.
- Perform other functions which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
- Can start immediately,
