Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct techniques for user research workshops like user interviews, contextual walkthroughs, and concept and usability tests
- Analyze, assess, and provide recommendations specific to a product/ services end-to- end ideal user experience and interaction.
- Collaborate with sponsors and with UXA in translating high-level and detailed business user requirements (BUR) into design recommendations, in the form of detailed wireframes
- Create paper prototypes using wireframes
- Create interaction design/behavior guides for services/products with digital interfaces
- Be able to present the product concepts in a very visual and effective manner
- Assist in user testing by collaborating with the Design Research team in designing test plans
- Research on interaction design trends
- Ensure that wireframes are compliant with UX standards
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course
- With at least 5 years relevant working experience
- Ability to deliver excellent User Experiences (UX) and responsive User Interfaces (UI) across multiple browsers
- Interaction design function-level interaction principles and concepts for digital interfaces
- Graphic design - GUI development principles, tools, and technologies
- Information architecture and information design content structure and presentation principles
- Knowledgeable in user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Knowledgeable in usability testing principles and methods
- Knowledgeable in using UX tools and programs
- A passion for photography, typography, illustration and editorial design.
- A varied portfolio of work (branding, print, digital).
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, their design aesthetics and how to push strong creative campaigns that influence a specific audience through them.
- Mac experience along with relevant software i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, In-Design etc.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, After Effects and Final Cut Pro beneficial but not essential.
