Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitoring and maintaining all IT systems both software and hardware
- Assisting employees and clients in resolving complex technical problems and ensuring that the solutions are satisfactory
- Identifying, communicating, and resolving equipment and network-related issues
- Performing consistent documentation to ensure safe and effective use of equipment
- Collaborating with ITSM Manager to assess near- and long-term technology needs
- Developing, implementing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and processes; analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
- Collaborating with IT service providers to resolve local end user and IT environment issues and service requests; documenting incidents through the existing documentation process
- Performing server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes
- Preparing reports requested by department heads
- Coordinating local and remote network equipment testing
- Initiating and monitoring equipment repair and repair for remedy failures
- Preparing and installing software
- Administering the following macOS, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS on an operating system & application level eg. diagnose, installation
- Diagnose/troubleshoot/repair MacBook, PC Laptops and other IT devices.
- Facilitating purchase requests of equipment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Computer Science, BS Information Technology, BS Computer Engineer or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in IT/BPO industry doing the same work
- Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
- Preferably with Software development abilities
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Understanding of both infrastructure and applications
- Strong planning skills to conduct planning and forecasts
- Strong ability to work well under stress and conflict
- Strong problem solving and remediation skills
- Strong customer engagement and relationship building skills with ability to negotiate and influence effectively
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical employees at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate to technical and lay audiences
- Willing to work in shifting schedule as needed
