PPC Senior Specialist  

The PPC Specialist is responsible for supporting clients and the digital marketing team in executing paid ads campaigns, specifically Google, Bing, and SA360.

As a PPC Senior Specialist, you will Support Account Managers and Account Executives in the folowing ways:

1. Search campaign management and analysis (60%)

• Daily visibility and optimisation checks for all accounts.
• Regular optimisation of all campaign elements (such as keywords, ad copy, landing pages, etc.) based on client KPIs.
• Deliver client reports that are timely, accurate, literate, and insightful.
• Work with external and internal resources to deliver all reporting requirements.
• Manage competing client requests and establish team priorities.

2. Paid search – Campaign strategy (10%)

• Conduct market and consumer behaviour research with consideration to client briefs to deliver insightful strategies.
• Forecast PPC and sales metrics for clients using account history and trend analysis.
• Create thoughtful and realistic roadmaps to outline how we will achieve our targets.

3. Client servicing (20%)

• Coordinate with Search Planners/Assistants to create impactful client presentations and deliver channel results in a coherent and meaningful way.
• Build trusting and strong relationships with each client contact.
• Support client needs while understanding SLAs and SOWs.

4. Personal development (10%)

• Stay up to date with PPC developments and the broader search and digital space.
• Undertake training to develop professional skills, both general (e.g. presentations) and search-specific (e.g. engine training).

• 3+ years of experience managing large Google ads accounts
• Experience managing large, complex PPC accounts across different vertical markets (e.g. Finance, automotive, technology, travel)
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Ads technical skills
• Strong client servicing background
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident and articulate presenter with the ability to present to senior clients and internal agency teams
• Detail-oriented and ability to follow directions
• Can work remotely Monday to Friday on a UK (4pm-1am) shift, and has stable internet connection
