- Install air conditioning units and replace old air conditioning units with new or working units;
- Sets up necessary air conditioning wiring systems in coordination with Electricians;
- Inspect and check air conditioning systems on a regular basis;
- Carries out monthly preventive maintenance and weekly general monitoring and checkup of air conditioning units in the chiller area;
- Checks up air conditioning systems prior to or after events;
- Repair or replace air conditioning units with major or minor problems;
- Troubleshoot issues in air conditioning equipment and list down gauge readings;
- Performs periodic cleaning of air conditioning equipment;
- Comply with the requests of other covered companies within the premises for any fixes on air conditioning units;
- Respond in emergency situations such as turning on the genset;
- Covers work of the other Aircon Technician in his absence;
- Report issues resolved to the Building Administrator and Safety Officer and perform work as advised;
- Assist and guide contractors in installations and repairs, whenever necessary;
- Monitor if contractors are doing work properly;
- Work and collaborate with other Maintenance Staff;
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Basic Technical Knowledge
- Attends to safety precautions
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Flexibility to work long shifts and overnight

- Preferable with at least one (1) to three (3) years relevant work experience
