Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify potential sites in strategic locations for new stores;
- Conduct site saturation, feasibility study, and market study verification;
- Create and maintain good relationships with property owners and/or brokers;
- Negotiate reasonable lease terms and ensure proper communication with partners;
- Manager or assist in the preparation of documentary requirements for the application of necessary permits;
- Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency of execution of site acquisition program;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Willing to travel and do field work
