Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Do Product Training.
- Regularly conduct Training Needs Analysis.
- Prepare and conduct selling skills and sales strategies training modules.
- Organize and monitor the training calendar among brands.
- Do regular store visits to evaluate sales team's actual performance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years experience in Sales Training.
- Preferably with retail experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
