Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain relationship with our current and future clients’ base
- Fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working with accuracy and efficiency with the objective of achieving monthly KPIs in all its components
- Resolve complaints from clients with determined SLA and SOP
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. bachelor degree from any major
- 2-4 years experience in customer engagement roles
- Great communication skill (verbal and written)
- Experience in Account Management is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of Customer Service Tools is a plus (CRM, Ticketing system, etc)
