Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual (blue collars) development needs
- Implement various learning methods in Operations Department (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing)
- Design and deliver courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help employees develop their team members through career pathing
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field
- Preferably male
- Proven experience as an Learning and Development, Training Manager or similar for Blue Collars
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors (if necessary)
