Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Answering calls, taking messages, handling correspondence
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Reminding of important task and deadlines
- Typing, compilling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filling systems
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must posses at least bachelor’s degree with GPA >3.00
- Preferably Less than 2 year experience specialized in secretarial/Exececutive and Personal Assistant or equivalent
- Good looking and Communication, Flexibility, Assertive, and Proactive, Active, Detail Oriented, Hard Worker
- Have skill to written and verbal in English
- Able to using Microsoft Office program, such as Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ready to work at a cool creative office at Jakarta
