Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • End-to-end recruitment
  • Recruitment of potential and qualified talents for open roles for managed services and staffing assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Administer/facilitate applicant online registration and pre-screen applications and/or applicants in accordance to our company standards set forth by Recruiting Department.
  • Assist in initiating sourcing activities to increase and maintain a robust talent database.
  • Timely submission of reports assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Observe and consistently comply with the company’s recruitment process set forth by the department.
  • Also handles administrative and adhoc tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor such as but not limited to database management, applicant tracking system, etc.
  • Consistently meet targets (KPI) set forth by the immediate supervisor to support hiring demands.
  • Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers at all times.
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures at all times.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in a human resources or business related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and Internet-based sourcing tools, a strong advantage but not required.
  • Understanding of the Boolean search language and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches, an advantage.
  • Ability to develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills.
  • Strong interviewing skills.
  • Must demonstrate ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly present complex information.
