The Senior CA Analyst is responsible for the effective operation of Stefanini’s Computer Associate based applications and more specifically CA Service Catalog, CA Process Automation, CA Service Desk Manager and any other integrations that support our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make necessary data configuration changes to the application as requested by projects or external customers according to the Request Fulfillment Process.
- Work as part of a project team by implementing and/or developing Catalog Services, forms, Process Automation processes and other integrations.
- Contribute to project launches, either in an internal or external customer facing role.
- Supports the business by automating existing processes and offering these as part of a Service Catalog offering where applicable.
- Monitor load and system error reports.
- As a 2nd line role, troubleshoot supported application incidents, respecting the Incident Management Process.
- Maintain and control high quality standard of supported applications.
- Follow-up on problems escalated to the vendor.
- Answer questions on application features.
- Suggest enhancements and provide feedback to the development team.
- Write and maintain up-to-date documentation related to the application administration and delivered projects.
- Respect Stefanini procedures in terms of Change Management process.
- Assist Projects and Development team in QA and UAT Phase.
- Provide training to end-users.
- Be a trusted advisor on related tools and processes for our internal business and external customers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Required experience:
- IT Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- At least (3) years of relevant experience in an IT environment.
Skills Profile:
- Understands code logic and database structure (RDBMS).
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Customer focus is key.
- Proven ability to remain flexible in a changing environment.
- Knowledge of programming language is an asset.
- Knowledge of/Experience with one or more CA (Computer Associates) applications is an asset.
- A strong IT service delivery best practices knowledge is required.
- Strong analytical skills and quality conscious.
- May require additional specific training.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills.

- General Microsoft Windows OS, applications and specific internal Stefanini TechTeam applications.

- CA toolset: CA Service Catalog, CA Process Automation, CA Service Desk Manager
- In general: a sound IT oriented mindset, investigative, able to deep dive into tools, drive for innovation.
