Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Communicates with customer on the phone or via written correspondence to provide information and assistance on product use, hardware / software problems or processes inquiries
  • Resolves customer issues on the first call / contact whenever possible, without having to transfer caller
  • Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records
  • Follows escalation procedures as necessary

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Must at least be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Must be willing to work in Pasig City
  • High-school graduates are welcome to apply
  • Call center experience is preferred, but not required
