- ensure his staff is meeting production goals, complying with company standards and federal collection laws and generally performing the essential functions of their position.
- supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in collecting overdue payments.
- organize collection work load according to degree and amount of delinquency and assign accounts to workers for collection.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Atleast 3 - 5 years in Experience in Credit and Collection
