Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts phone screens for the applicants.
- Sources and screens over the phone.
- Attends different queries of the applicants.
- Conducts job interview over the phone.
- Responsible in other recruitment processes as well as admin related tasks.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA HRDM or equivalent.
- Experience in recruitment.
- Preferably with a background in the related field.
