Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares job descriptions, posts ads, and manages the hiring process.
- Screens, interviews, and administers tests.
- Notifying existing staff of internal opportunities
- Maintains personnel records.
- Obtains temporary staff from agencies.
- Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
- Prepares job offers and assists in completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Maintains human resources records by:
- Recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, and merit increases.
- Tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s/ College Degree preferably a graduate of Human Resource Management, BS Psychology or equivalent.
- Preferably with a background in Compensation and Benefits and in Recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
