Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
- Verify transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
- Enter data.
- Maintain records, lunch reports, and financial statements.
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or its equivalent.
- Preferably with a Professional license (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
