Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Will process Industry Mall Order including those with Price on Request & Request for Material Extension
- Will send Order Confirmation to customers on time
- Will perform Goods Receipt
- Will issue of Delivery Note
- Will administer collection such as checks and collection follow ups from customers
- Will coordinate on identifying payment applications
- Will handle accounts with collection issues
- Will handle and coordinate timely delivery of Invoices to Customers
- Will perform Journal entries
- Will file and organize documents
- Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates must be graduate of Accounting
- Candidates must have knowledge in SAP
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of working experience in Accounting
- Candidates must be proficient in MS Office
- Candidates must possess good communication skills
- Candidates must be customer oriented
- Candidates must have pleasing personality
