Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides administrative, operational, and clerical support to the Health and Wellness Center.
- Performs customer service activities.
- Ensures smooth flow and promotes Wellness Program Plan.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Hospitality Management, or Paramedical Studies.
- Experience in the field of customer service and public relations.
- Exposure in handling customer complaints/call center/BPO industry is an advantage
- Able to relate well with patients, medical doctors, and people of different levels and class.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated.
- Highly proficient in MS Office and other Windows-based programs.
- High regard to results and effectiveness.
