Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Anticipate and attend to patient and significant others’ needs.
- Adhere to instructions issued by his/her superiors, prioritizing work according to patient care requirements and needs of the unit.
- Perform duties in accordance with the routines, methods, and techniques, and in compliance with the recognized policies, procedures standards, and practices of the hospital.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure maximum patient care and completeness of assignments.
- Perform related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree, Science and Technology, Medical Science, Nursing, or its equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge and abilities in basic nursing care.
- Good English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Has high tolerance to stress and willing to work on different shifts.
- Has good moral character.
- Pleasing personality.
- Physically fit.
