A Nursing House Manager provides administrative and operational leadership and professional advice that supports and develops the delivery of the highest quality service across the hospital. Oversees hospital activity and other related operational issues after office hours, weekends & holidays, and addresses all customer-related issues, complaints, and problems concerning the hospital's services and facilities and determines appropriate action required.

She/He is also tasked in refining management staff skills through constant training, seminars and various educational tools, and enforces staff discipline and other administrative policies and procedures in coordination with the Department Managers.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor of Science graduate of accredited college of Nursing. With at least 12 Masteral Units With advanced courses or training in Patient Care.
Registered with the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC). Participated in related courses in Nursing administration Affiliated with the Philippine Nurses Association.
Must have at least two (2) years experience as Nurse Unit Manager or its equivalent.
Must be willing to work in Global City, Taguig.
