Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage
- Managing inventory of assets and supplies, submitting invoices for petty cash
- Coordinating between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
- In charge of taking down in-office meeting notes
- Preparing business correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Managing documents and files
- Addressing resident concerns in accordance with company policies
- Performing multifaceted general office support
- Sending and receiving forms for the company
- Assisting in various daily operations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply;
- No prior experience required but some experience is welcome;
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Proficient with Mircosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to be creative and collaborate with a team
