Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides leadership, direction, and coordination of operational activities within accounting, including driving change and optimized process efficiencies.
- Supervises all aspects relating to General Accounting, Treasury, and Taxation
- Responsible for the accuracy of recording, timely conduct of month-end activities, and delivery of reports and compliance within accounting.
- Responsible for preparing, completing, and submitting statutory requirements/reports (SEC, BIR, LGUs, etc.)
- Formulates/updates policies and guidelines in conformance with Spiralytics Guidelines and local regulations.
- Coaching and staff management
- Formulates and implements policies and procedures relating to financial management, budget/forecast, accounting, and allied processes.
- Supervises day-to-day accounting activities in compliance with Spiralytics policies and procedures.
- Manages profit and loss accounts and analyzes balance sheets on a regular basis.
- Directs and participates in cost analyses.
- Manages internal and external audit activities, review of schedules, and comparative analyses, as necessary.
- Preparation of end-to-end financial statements (statement of financial position, income, equity, and cash flow), including its timely submission
- Periodic review and assessment of financial processes and tools, enforcing internal control compliance and initiating improvements as identified.
- Participates in the budget/forecast process.
- Facilitates and prepares statutory, tax, etc.
- Assists in tax audits analysis and schedules.
- Prepares and submits group reports, as necessary.
- Prepares related ad-hoc reports, as required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or management Accounting; CPA is an advantage.
- Must have 5 – 10 years of relevant experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Very good working knowledge of statutory, tax
- Relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Management Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint and proficiency in Accounting and Business Intelligent systems.
- Demonstrates ability to take initiative with strong project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and take responsibility for producing measurable results within deadlines.
- Highly Analytical and problem-solving skills, process and result-oriented, and keen on details.
