Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coaching team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration
- Working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Kualifikasi Minimum
Related Work Experience – At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in handling complex projects following Agile methodologies.
- Experience in handling web and mobile applications.
- Previous experience in handling 10 to 15-man roster projects.
- Proven experience working on multiple projects concurrently.
- Must have experience in Product management.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.

Knowledge – In-depth Knowledge in the following:
- Project Management
- Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies
