Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides customer service to authors, editors and reviewers and other publishing customers through addressing queries and concerns regarding academic journals & books production, like submission and publishing information, products and services
- Answers and addresses authors, reviewers, editors and other publishing customers’ concerns and queries through chat platform
- Utilizes knowledge of the publishing process, information, products and services to assist and provide information to clients
- Clarifies data or queries ambiguities to the clients (authors, editors, and reviewers) through phone, e-mail or chat platform
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a college graduate
- Must have knowledge/background in content management and full publication process
- Must have first line customer support experience, specifically in providing support for web/online publication
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
