Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for providing customer service to authors, editors, reviewers and publisher contacts.
- Resolution of queries that may arise from the activities of the journal peer-review system (EES) and from the submission of an article until the publication of an article in an issue.
- Makes (minimal) modifications on manuscript submissions to comply with a journal’s or a publication’s requirements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Information Technology.
- Above average English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong reading comprehension skills
- With good organizational and analytical skills
- Confident and comfortable in email or phone correspondence
