- Manages the work load of the production. Provide work assignments to all production personnel.
- Strategically plan for the production flow of work load.
- Ensure that workload are assigned properly to meet customer's SLA.
- Ensure that the proper production procedures are strictly followed according to PCICP standards.
- Manages the work load assignments to a perso machines.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Electrical, Mechanical engineering or any related courses. Can also be a graduate of 2 year vocational or engineering courses.
- Computer literate (MS Windows and Office).
- Effective English communication and interpersonal skills, creative, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Analytic and ability to work in fast-face and dynamic environment.
- Team player and can work with minimum supervision.
- Can render overtime work as needed arises.
- Can work on revolving shift schedules.
- Willing to assign in San Manuel Tarlac.
