- Accounts Receivable – oversight and responsibility for invoicing and being the main point of contact for our customers on finance queries
- Accounts Payable – oversee the approval and payment of supplier bills with the current team
- Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Cash Flow Forecasting, Journals, End of Month, Preparing Balance Sheets and Income Statements
- Automate and improve processes – connect all systems to Xero
- Full bookkeeping /reconciliation process
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Xero Advisor Cert
- MYOB & Quickbooks experience
- Australian Payroll Experience
- Knowledgable in preparing Business activity statements (BAS)
- End of the month preparation experience
- Must be proficient in the full bookkeeping process
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping
