- Responsible for ensuring employees health and safety workplace and for providing assistance in HR related tasks, specifically:
- Provides first aid/ nursing aid to all employees including medicine distribution and monitoring.
- Promotes company health and safety-related training and programs.
- Maintains an efficient and updated reporting and recording system of employees health records and files.
- Process and ensures compliance of all labor and government mandated benefits and requirements such as in SSS, Philhealth, Pag- ibig and BIR.
- Assist HR Generalists with recruitment, engagement, learning and development, employee services and welfare, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
- Must be Registered Nurse preferably with BOSH Certification.
- With experience in handling different facets of HR.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work in FPIP.
- Willing to undergo on shifting schedule.
