Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide excellent customer service in assigned stores
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and product information
- Welcome customers entering the store using the Japanese greetings
- Help customers locate items and recommend available products based on needs
- Maintain and organize merchandise in the store according to season
- Keep up to date with new products and information to boost store sales
- Cross - sell available products if customers' first option is unavailable
- Build rapport with customers while maintaining high level of professionalism
- Work together with all team mates to achieve store goals
- Comply with office and store policies at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store premises
- Submit reports as needed (on time and complete)
- Perform other task assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least College level
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service and Sales is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in our Mandaluyong malls/stores
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
