Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Over-see the day to day operations of retail stores
- Check and monitor sales targets
- Conduct store visit, stock inventory and check store display
- Organize manpower schedule and request manpower for new store opening
- Attend in-store meeting and conduct training session
- Resolves concerns and complaints by communicating well with the clients
- Review performance of OIC and other staff
- Prepare reports to submit to management
- Perform other assigned task
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related field
- Preferably with background in managing retail store operations and management
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Willing to do field work if necessary
