Human Resource (HR) Assistant Manager | Pampanga  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Office
• Manages the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
• Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Departmental development, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
• Responsible for all parts of the ff. areas:
  • Recruiting and Staffing logistics
  • Organizational and Space planning
  • Performance Management and Improvement System
  • Organizational Development
  • Employment and Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
  • Employee orientation, development, and training
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Employee Relations & Labor Laws
  • Company-wide committee facilitation
  • Company employee communications
  • Compensation and Benefits administration
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, and employee services and counseling
• Coordinates the implementation of services, policies, and programs through the Leadership Team and HR Specialists.
• Developing HR planning strategies with other managers, who will identify immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels, together with the HR Manager.
• Analyzes training need in conjunction with other department managers’ needs.
• Performs other duties identified by the HR Manager and General Manager.
• Reports any food safety issues to higher management.
• Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
