Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Organizes and maintains files and records.
- Plans and schedules meetings and appointments.
- Makes travel and guest arrangements.
- Plots the calendar and schedules of the direct report and the VP.
- Coordinates the inquiries of the clients with other departments.
- Creates quotations and specifications of the clients.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Business courses is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1 year work experience in the role is highly preferable.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Commendable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills.
