Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for accurate and timely creation and update of supplier and material master data provided by the requestors
- Responsible for deletion and reactivation of supplier(s) and item(s) as well as handling mass upload of BOM/BOQs
- Responsible for coordination in gathering the information needed for material master data maintenance in Oracle (including description maintenance, answering of queries/emails, monitoring of workflows and sending of announcement for activated materials)
- Responsible for generation of master data download/reports and executing system routing, parameter set-up and master data clean up needed by the business
- Work with internal teams on procedures and documentation requirements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Others), Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): master data management, MS Excel, Oracle
- Knowledge of Master Data Management with ERP systems required, Oracle preferred
- Ability to work in cross-regional and cross-functional teams, collaborate with all levels of management is required
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills with the capacity to see the big picture of an end to end system process
- Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
- Must be willing to start immediately
