Visual Designer  

Visual Designer in Socialights will be responsible for designing new and innovative digital customer experiences. You will be at the forefront of innovation, helping guide creatively identity and creating a digital path for other teams to follow. You should be driven by thinking outside the box, willing to take on new challenges and have a proactive mindset in order to help company/clients brand to stay above the curve.

• Developing problem-solving creative and interactive design across digital outlets for the assigned Digital Campaign and Advertising strategy to ensure it meets the required style, tone and marketing message, as well as reflecting each of client’s brand personality. This task will include providing design options, developing timescales, and advising clients on what is technically possible and researching alternative approaches to providing cohesive support of overall clients or company’s creative strategies;
• Demonstrate innovation and creativity beyond client ideas;
• Maintain coordination with clients, team and management on strategy, development and project result;
• Provide assistance when in need and work proactively without being asked and under tight schedules;
• Aid “internal clients” in their adoption and act as point-person and in-house “expert” for certain design manners and keep the team updated with digital design, digital marketing & digital advertising industry latest trends and development;
• Proactively involved in continuous improvement both for personal improvement and company’s improvement through sharing, brainstorming or giving input to the company.

1. Min Diploma Degree from Design/Multimedia/Publishing;
2. Having great passion to grow together and be a part of the team that delivers impactful results;
3. Good literature of English;
4. Fine taste in design and have a touch of Digital-Midas;
5. Think beyond idea and having an out of the box mindset;
6. Intermediate skill of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
7. Fresh graduate are welcome;
8. Having a fully-loaded portfolio of design and able to demonstrate his/her magic;
9. Familiar with Slicing Process and good understanding of HTML, PHP & Javascript will be advantage;
