Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop & execute communication plan, and strategic initiatives to engage employees that advance business goals and culture objectives;
- Research, analyze, benchmark, provide recommendations and implement a "best in class" employer branding strategy;
- Create plan and execute internal events;
- Lead initiatives and partner with internal team for website, internal portal, internal displays and social channels to enhance and internally reinforce our employer brand.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong communication skill. Having a google-translate mode in mind and hypnotized negotiation ability
- A fun person with outstanding ability in a laugh and seriously having fun;
- High initiative and self-motivated. Like a terminator with self-initiated and self-motivated weapons;
- A team player who has a high level of responsibility and discipline. Able to having fun with time and capable of finishing the executed job on time;
- Having strong skill to processing data specifically using Ms. Excel;
- Fresh graduate are welcome;
- Attractive appearance and having an awesome taste of style.
