Business Lead  

Business Lead in Socialights will be responsible for identifying new opportunity, extract more value from potential future clients and helping to creatively identify and create a digital path for clients to achieve the objectives.

• Identify and qualify potential clients through creative ways;
• Highly energize in approach potential clients to build good relationship in various media such as LinkedIn, email, phonecall, etc;
• Build connection with clients and business team to discuss about client's objectives;
• Maintain good and trusted relationship with clients, proactively extract more value to achieve future objectives.

1. Fresh graduate from any field, preferred major in Business Management or related. Always feel hunger to learn;

2. Having a great passion to grow together and be a part of the team that delivers impactful results;

3. High initiative and self-motivated. Like a terminator with self-initiated and self-motivated weapons;

4. A team player who has a high level of responsibility and discipline. Able to having fun with time and capable of finishing the executed job on time;

5. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ice-breaking ability and hypnotized negotiation ability;

6. Ability to organize, present thoughts, and communicate ideas with clarity.
