Admin Assistant for Sales  

Supports the sales team in their day to day sales activities and coordinates with the tasks with key stakeholders of each task. From helping customize proposals and presentations, lead generation, documentations and various tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting the sales team with creating customized Proposals with our Graphics Design team
• Assisting the sales team with creating customized Presentations
• Initial point of contact in sales to qualify inbound leads, and pass on to the right sales person.
• Prospecting potential partners and clients
• Assisting the sales team in documentation, specifically in invoice and billing related activities
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers, competitors, clients
• Maintains a positive attitude towards existing & potential partners or clients at all times.
• Participates in growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge of Social Light Inc. products

• A graduate of Business Administration or other related business courses
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
