Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze and evaluates the existing FoxPro applications, Maintain ERIC System and determine changes/enhancements to speed up processing of data and reports, improving its efficiency. Review generated statistical information and make recommendations.
- In-charge for the development and system design of new modules (i.e. Accessories and Supplies Inventory and Spare Parts Inventory and other new programs)
- Manage and take part in the development projects for WEB based technologies.
- Establish and maintain standards and policies for system analysis, design, development, maintenance and system documentations.
- Executes valid request and modifications demanded by users whether internally or through suppliers and contractors
- Perform daily, monthly and yearly backup of all system applications (i.e. PMS, GL, Costing and Others) which reside on NT Servers.
- Responsible for the Inventory count of all software applications and all IT related equipment and final list to be submitted to IT Clerk for filing.
- Support in all IT related request from end-users
- Accountable not to divulge all confidential records and ensure system integrity.
- Perform work meeting customers’ requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements and supporting achievement of quality objective of his unit, consistent with the quality policy.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven work experience as a system analyst
- Hands-on experience with software development and documentation
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
