Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Providing superior quality service.
- Responsible for the correct execution of the Production Plan
- Primarily responsible for cake decorations and designs of differet kinds.
- May also be required to do baking and icing preparation.
- Will train subordinates and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen or bakery area.
- Oversees the delivery and preparation of orders to customers.
- Will execute, to the best of his/her knowledge, the needs of the business as required.
- Assists/provides quick sound solutiuons to Bakery Manager/Specialist in dealing with day-to-day technical problems.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Can distinguish difference between colors and mix them.
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- They must have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Can maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Must have a keen eye for detail and a creative mind
- Must be skilled in using pastry bags for piping decorative borders and lettering, as well as ornamental flourishes such as leaves, shells, roses or basket weave.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Optimistic, attentive, friendly and always greet members.
