Job Objectives
- To ensure all business processes are aligned to the organization's strategic goals.
- To establish clear written policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Writes business process manual and system/application manual.
- Evaluates existing business processes and recommends areas for improvement.
- Prepares test scripts/scenarios that will be used for testing the new system/application.
- Participates in the testing of the new system/application.
- Other tasks assigned by the Business Process Manager.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Must be keen on details.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Willing to work in full work-from-office setup in Magallanes, Makati
