Business Development Manager  

SMDV is a tech-focused Venture Capital that partners with entrepreneurs building exceptional technology companies that aim to change the landscape in Indonesia and the region. We are currently hiring for our portfolio companies.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager that will be responsible for:

• Identify and create new sources of potential clients
• Develop and submit comprehensive proposals to companies
• Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotation for clients
• Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
• Update CRM weekly on potential clients
• Create a sales plan on how to reach sales targets and ensure implementation of the plan
• Work closely with colleagues across different teams, departments and offices to develop the best solution for clients
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisors or management

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales and/or marketing
• Proven track record in B2B sales
• Broad Networking Channel both in Government and Private Sector
• Experienced in Web Application sales and/or marketing
• Dynamic, self-driven and excellent negotiator and communicator
• Strong in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word
• Digital Savvy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
