Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible in implementing the plans & programs approved and mandated by the top management for the maintenance and engineering works of the store and its facilities, electrical, mechanical equipment, plumbing, sanitary, civil works, fire protection and the disposal of non-usable fixed assets, and other wastes.
- Develop and enhance processes and strategies and introduce innovations to the existing facility program.
- Effectively collect and use the data from the centralized facility management system and appoint it into information that the group can use for decision making.
- Responsible in implementing processes that ensure the necessary services are delivered consistently by the team, including the service providers.
- Implement quality assurance program that includes processes, audits, quality control, continuous reviews, analysis and action plans
- Responsible of measuring internal customer’s satisfaction in line with the service provided/committed.
- Creates detailed information about every aspect of service delivery that will help the team make adjustments to meet expectations or deliver the service organization needs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
- Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Electrical , Mechanical, Environmental Health and Safety or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience.
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to be assigned in any The SM Store branches.
