Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- DESIGN & DEVELOP TRAINING PROGRAMS & CURRICULA
- Design & develop training curricula & programs in line with Training & Development Strategy
- DESIGN TRAINING CURRICULA
- Design TNA tools; analyze TNA data & recommend training courses & programs to support the training curricula
- DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT OF SKILLS EFFICIENCY & LEADERSHIP COURSES
- Design & develop programs in the Skills Efficiency & Leadership Curricula; customize with external providers
- DESIGN & DEVELOP VALUES WORKSHOPS
- Design, develop & facilitate Values Workshop for Managers & Officers
- CERTIFY FACILITATORS (DM’s BELOW)
- Certify facilitators for internally developed training programs for DMs & below; conduct actual course briefing for external facilitators
- PREPARE TRAINING PROGRAM COSTS
- Compute cost of training programs in the Skills Efficiency & Leadership Curricula
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Has knowledge of and experience in the Training Cycle
- At least 5 years of work experience in the HR field is required for this position
- Preferably in a Manager role/level
- Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
- Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Corporate Office - Pasay City
