Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design & develop training courses in line of Training & Development Strategy
- Customize training modules & activities to meet business-specific needs
- Create learning activities and course content on a retail environment via online or classroom format
- Handle and organize corporate events / functions
- Prepare reports; monitor & maintain equipment & supplies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree;
- Excellent communications and presentation skills;
- Background in retail is a plus;
- Knowledgeable in instructional design and learning technologies for online training;
- Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Head Office or SM Cubao Learning Center
