Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitors LAN/WAN of SMIC and it's subsidiaries;
- Network planning, design, configuration and administration of network switches, routers, firewalls, Solarwinds, IP-CCTV and IP-Telephony;
- Ensures online, high availability of network of SMIC and subsidiaries;
- Remote and on-site troubleshooting;
- Resolution of network related issues/trouble tickets;
- Coordinates with suppliers for tech update, training, proposals, POC, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS ECE, BS Computer Engineering or any IT related course;
- At least 4 years esperience;
- With relevant working experience in Network Troubleshooting and IP Routing;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
