Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Experience in the field for 1 to 2 years.
- Experience with PHP Framework such as CodeIgniter, Laravel and other MVC.
- Project Management
- JavaScript Library such as React and Node.js is a plus.
- Logistic and Accounting domain is a plus.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- End-to-end coordination and management of projects
- Identify, manage and resolve project risks and issues
- Management of project teams, build and motivate project team, address delivery issues right first time.
- Proactive communication to clients on volume management and create timely and accurate reports
- Participate in document management
- Team Mgt : Implements performance goals, monitors and evaluates against pre-set goals implementing action plans to resolve performance barriers as needed - Proactivily lead the operation team with minimal assistance
- Attend Client Meetings
- Define process sow and agreement with stakeholders - Achive Process KPI & Milestore
- Coordinate with stakeholders for change management Additional Responsibilities : - Ensure smooth operations
- Flexible to perform various roles within the project - Requirement Documentation - Report preparation
- Project Updation to Clients
- Schedule management
