- Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients' current situations to understand their unique financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on various investment strategies, asset allocation, and wealth management to clients.
- Analyze and stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' financial portfolios.
- Construct customized financial plans and investment portfolios tailored to individual clients' needs, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
- Educate clients on financial principles, empowering them to make well-informed decisions about their wealth and investments.
- Communicate and present financial reports, proposals, and investment strategies clearly and comprehensively to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication, trust-building, and responsive service.
- Implement and manage financial strategies, regularly reviewing and adjusting clients' portfolios to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all financial advisory activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clients' investments, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional financial solutions and support, prioritizing the financial well-being and goals of each client.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course; Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills in building and maintaining client relationship
- Proficient in all basic Microsoft Office applications
- No experience needed but willing to learn and be trained
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Willing to attend onsite meetings in Makati (two Saturdays a month)
