- Support of the CEO and Managing Partner. You will be identifying, analyzing, and sourcing potential B2B and B2C partners. This job will entail multiple roles.
- You will identify the clients, and implement strategies to acquire Corporate Travel Clients, High Net Worth Clients, and their Families who travel in Business Class or First Class.
- You will analyze the market in the Philippines and US to identify opportunities to grow our market share.
- You will also report weekly and monthly to the CEO in progress of 30/60/90 day plans and pipelines.
- Create and implement sales plans to ensure we meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Train and identify sales support staff for new and existing clients.
- Should you be chosen to interview please provide your sales production and accomplishments in the previous employer.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min 2-years in sales & marketing
- Min 2-years experience in Airlines or Travel industry
- Must be self-motivated and highly organized
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical background a plus
- Experience in Online Marketing and Sales a plus
- Knowledge of Excel and CRM platform is a plus
