Flight Ambassador  

As a Travel Ambassador you will work closely with the Team Leader in offering advice to prospective clients, both individual, group and corporations, to plan their trip itineraries, destinations and make travel arrangements from flights, hotels to experiences. Clients are considered high profile and global.

You will:

• Arrange leisure and business travel for clients by determining their needs and preferences such as costs, schedules, preferred brands, etc.
  • Give details on required documents such as passports and visas.
• Plan and arrange experience available on our site as well as offered through partners.
• Book reservations for airlines, hotels, and special events.
• Provide ongoing customer service including modifications and alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during a trip.
• Go the extra mile to interact with the clients as well as your colleagues in delivering exceptional service and collaboration.
  • Be available for different time zones as required.
• Be a team player in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment.

• A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Tourism, Travel, and Leisure or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year relevant work experience in travel with booking and ticketing.
• Knowledgeable in GDS system (i.e Amadeus or Sabre). This is a requirement. Sabre preferred. Pls indicate which system you are familiar with.
• High level of analytical skills or problem-solving skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Computer savvy.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office and GDS system.
• Familiar with various project management tools (i.e. Asana & Slack).
• Passionate about travel, adventurous, and excited to various tourist destinations.
  • It will be an advantage if you are well traveled and has been out of the country numerous times.
• Able to manage time properly.
• Able to persuade and coordinate with various travel suppliers and partners to be able to get the best deals for our clients.
• Multitasker, who has the initiative and drive to learn more.
• Comfortable with finding better ways to do things and be able to track everything you do.
• Cmfortable in writing and speaking the English language.
• Willing to work remotely and some night shifts.
• Willing to work immediately.
